Welcome to my personal training website Paleo Training Bible. My name is Paul Elliott-Smith, I am a Personal Trainer who lives and works with clients from Surrey and London in the United Kingdom. My personal training sessions specialise in fat loss, strength gain and muscle gain. The personal training system that I use has proved time and time again that it is reliable and will achieve the same consistent results with a broad range of clients both male and female from teenagers to senior citizens.
Paleo Training Bible’s personal training is in a local gym that I have personally equipped with an extensive amount of training equipment. This facility isn’t used during the day by anybody apart from personal training with Paleo Training Bible so is ideal for undisturbed personal training and morning group strength & conditioning sessions such as the Strongman & CrossFit sessions. Personal training sessions can be booked in for most hours of the day.
I would like to acknowledge all the people who have helped me on my way providing me with information and advice to change my life for the better and to become a better personal trainer. A big thanks to Loren Cordain and Gary Taubes for their work on nutrition that has educated me beyond belief.
